SIMPO’s canteens for its employees, with their modern
equipment, have marked the beginning of catering and
tourism activities within the Company. Nowadays, SIMPO
has three high-class catering and accommodation facilities:

The "Haremluk" Business
club In
1993, SIMPO has adapted Haremluk building originates
from the period of Turkish governance in Serbia, endeavoring
to keep its authentic look. The construction works
have been supervised by the Institute for the protection
of monuments of culture from Nis. In 1995, Serbian
Ministry of Culture awarded SIMPO in recognition to
its success in preservation and successful replacing
into the function of this monument of culture.
The “ROSA” Congress Center
Vranjska Banja
The
modern ROSA Congress Center was created in 1997 when
the old “Kicer” barroom was reconstructed. The Center
disposes of a luxurious aperitif bar and pastry shop,
as well as the state-of-the-art congress hall, equipped
with a video-beam projector, sound system, computers
and equipment for simultaneous translation.
The “PRZAR” Hotel
The “Przar” Hotel is the first in the chain of SIMPO’s
catering and tourist objects. It is built on a former
excursion site several miles north of Vranje, on the
hill bearing the same name, in a fairy-tale ambience
of pinewood giving an impressive view of town and
its entire surrounding.
The hotel disposes of 18 fully equipped rooms, two suites and a dining hall
receiving 200 guests.
